About our Services

My Care Partners offers a boutique yet affordable consultancy providing commissioning, procurement and transformation expertise to Supported Living, Care Home and Home Care providers.


We recognise how difficult it can be to do all of the strategic business work such as growth and sustaining business as well as delivering outcomes for individuals. There is an increasing need for short or ongoing commissioning support on a project basis and we work with both Local Authorities and providers across the United Kingdom to achieve this.

What We Do

We offer an array of services which are tailored to the needs of each individual provider. This include but are not limited to the following:

  • Commissioning based projects such as relationship building, contract management, specification management, etc
  • Cost and Pricing to ensure that the services are sustainable
  • Service design and redesign to best incorporate changes in legislation but also ensuring continuity of services
  • Framework and procurement support such as bid writing for tenders, pricing, etc

Our goal is to facilitate the growth and sustainability for providers by delivering outcome-focused support services tailored to the meet the bespoke needs of our clients.

HOW WE WORK

Clients are able to choose if they want ongoing support or ad hoc. Check out our pricing page for more on the packages available . We choose to work collaboratively alongside our clients to embed systems and processes. This ensures that any change is in alignment with their business strategy and sustainable. We can provide clients with recommendations and a plan of execution if required however best results are on an ongoing support basis. Our approach is bespoke, tailored to where you are in your care and/or support service journey.
